Sick Snowboard Rail Setup... Separate Ski Rail Setup! Each athlete will drop three times. With the rail setups at the bottom of the slope, everyone will be in a prime position to get in on the action!

Athlete Information
- View registration information below
- Earlybird Registrations have been extended uhntil 5pm on Saturday 19th May, 2012.
- Athlete briefing will take place at 5pm
- Helmets are compulsory for all athletes. Helmets are available for hire at $5 each
- If any athletes miss their call/run, there will be no re-runs
- A medal ceremony will take place immediately following the event.

Special prizes for girls at the end of the series, including: top ranked girl in each division and best female trick!
Event Scoring
Each athlete will complete two runs on both sections of the Rail Jam (total of four runs each). Their best run form each section will count towards their Total Score. The athletes will be ranked within their divisions according to their Total Score.
Each run will be judged by two judges, based on the difficulty and completion of the run.
Series Scoring
The Snowplanet Freestyle Series rankings will be determined based on the following guidelines:
- For each event, the winner of each division will be awarded a base score of 100.00 points.
- Each additional athlete in the division will be awarded points based on their Total Score relative to the division winner's Total Score.
- At the conclusion of the series, the points for each athlete will be added together from each event to produce a ranking of athletes for each division.

Endorsed by Snow Sports New Zealand, this event is on the official Junior calendar (Under 19) and points will be allocated for Junior national rankings.
As the finale to an awesome series, this event will feature an outstanding park and conclude with the official awards ceremony for the series!

July School Holiday Programme

Snowplanet's School Holiday Programmes offer a great environment for children aged 5-14 years to learn and progress in the world of snow sports. Throughout the five day programme, the children are separated into groups depending on their age, skill level and choice of skiing or snowboarding, to be instructed by our highly qualified Ski and Board school instructors to advance their snowsports skills.
July School Holiday Programme
Week One: Monday 2nd July - Friday 6th July, 2012
Half-Day Programme
- Time: 10:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-3:00pm
- Price - $349 per child (5 Days)
The Half-Day School Holiday Programme includes:
- A two-hour lesson each day with one of our qualified Ski & Board School Instructors at either 10:00am or 1:00pm.
- Their rental equipment for each day (skis, boots and poles or snowboard and boots and a helmet, excludes clothing).
- Awards lunch on Friday.
The following extras are also available at an additional cost:
- Morning/Afternoon tea - $5 per day (Includes flavoured milk drink, a piece of fruit, a chocolate bar, and either a mini muffin or a cookie)
- Wristguards - $5 per day
- Rental Clothing - $15 per day (subject to availability)
- Rental Gloves - $9 per day (subject to availability)
Full-Day Programme
- Time: 10:00am-3:00pm
- Price - $499 per child (5 Days)
The Full-Day School Holiday Programme includes:
- Two two-hour lessons each day (10:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-3:00pm) with one of our qualified Ski & Board School Instructors.
- Their rental equipment for each day (skis, boots and poles or snowboard and boots and a helmet, excludes clothing).
