Snowplanet has a range of facilities and services available to ensure that your visit is enjoyable and safe
Ticket Desk
- The Snowplanet Guest Services team are responsible for all customer enquiries, from lesson bookings and general ticket enquiries to performance training enquiries and lost property collections. If appropriate they will forward your enquiries on to a more suitable Snowplanet team member.
- Snowplanet accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club Card as forms of payment.
Rental Department
- The Snowplanet Rental department features world-class rental equipment from Salomon and Burton. The smallest size ski boots we stock is a child's size 10, and smallest size snowboard boots is a size 3.
- Heated boot drying racks and a custom-made drying room ensure our rental boots and clothing are always clean, dry and warm.
- Our Snowplanet Resort team are always enthusiastic and willing to help you fit and try on your gear to ensure your snow experience is as fun, enjoyable and safe as possible!
Snow Dome
- The snow dome features two pommel lifts on either side of the dome to transport skiers and snowboarders to the top of the slope. There is also a beginners slope, which is served by a magic carpet/travelator lift to transport learners one third of the distance up the slope.
- Fresh snow is produced weekly and is kept cool at a chilly -5 degrees celcius!
- Our world-class terrain park includes a variety of rails, jumps and jib features to challenge even the most experienced snowsports athletes.
Ski & Board School
- The Snowplanet Ski & Board School offers an excellent range of instruction and coaching options by experienced and qualified instructors, including: beginner group lessons, private lessons, race coaching, freestyle coaching and corporate team building.
- Snowplanet operates a range of training programmes that include: an after-school ChillyBin club, a fun & educational school holiday programme and our reputable 365 Performance Training Centre for top-level race and freestyle coaching.
Snowplanet Restaurant & Bar
- The Snowplanet Restaurant & Bar offers the ideal alpine environment to ensure you do not miss any of the action on the snow!
- The Ski & Board Room is available for bookings and offers excellent meeting facilities in a unique environment.
- Free Wi-fi is available in the Snowplanet Restaurant & Bar. Ask the friendly Restaurant staff for an activation code.
Access for People with Disabilities
- Snowplanet provides excellent wheelchair access throughout the entire Resort and Restaurant & Bar areas.
- The Ski & Board School are even able to arrange customised adaptive lessons to ensure everyone gets the chance to experience the enjoyment of snowsports!
