Freeski
365 Freeski is a programme for intermediate and advanced skiers to learn new tricks and improve their freestyle technique. This programme is suitable for intermediate and advanced skiers with all different freestyle abilities from basic freestyle up to advanced freestyle. We offer three levels of freeski: Groms, Juniors and Rookies.
The 365 Freeski term programme is run by experienced freestyle athletes and coaches who are passionate about teaching younger athletes new tricks and skills and perfecting their freestyle technique. The term programme is designed by the coaches to achieve maximum improvement from the athletes. The programme focuses and aims for a new skill to be learnt each week, or improvements on current technique.
The programme includes a goal setting session at the beginning of each term with a review session based on personalised reports written by the coach at the end of each term. This will provide the athletes with inspiration and motivation to achieve their goals.

'Groms' Freeski Programme
Tuesday 1st May, 2012 - Tuesday 26th June, 2012 (9 week term)
The 'Groms' Freeski Programme provides an introduction to basic freestyle, and then develops that basic technique by learning new tricks and skills:
