Sponsorship Requests
Snowplanet receive a significant number of sponsorship requests on a daily basis. We would like to support all requests but are unable to do so therefore the following outlines Snowplanet’s sponsorship guidelines.
WHO SNOWPLANET SUPPORTS:
We support the following:
- School fundraising – we have a policy of supporting the schools that support Snowplanet, we accept applications from schools that support Snowplanet more than 3 times per year.
- Local community fundraising – Snowplanet are actively apart of the Hibiscus Coast area and will accept fundraising requests from individuals, clubs and charities in this area. We do not accepts requests outside of this area.
- Annually we support 3 athletes associated with Snowplanet (applications are open March 2012)
HOW TO APPLY
This section excludes Athlete Sponsorship
- Please ensure you have reviewed the ‘Who we support’ section before submitting your application for funding.
- Applications need to be submitted using the Sponsorship Request Form, requests will not be considered using any other format.
- Snowplanet review requests on a monthly basis (1st of each month), please do not submit a request where funds are required prior to this.
- Please email application through to Sponsorships@snowplanet.co.nz with ‘Sponsorship Request’ in the subject line.
PROCESS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- All proposals will be reviewed by the Sales & Marketing Team on the 1st of each month.
- All decisions regarding applications will be notified via email within 7 days.
