Snowdome Regulations
- Use of the slope and the lifts is at your own risk as well as any damage to or loss of personal equipment.
- Please consider the safety of yourself and others at all times whilst in the snowdome.
- No one is allowed to enter the Snowdome without a valid entrance ticket;
- It is not allowed to enter the snowdome without appropriate ski or snowboard boots.
- Entrance tickets are charged in advance for a minimum of 1 hour. Any time used after the time paid for will be charged per minute and can be paid for when leaving the rental department;
- Entrance fee’s will not be refunded
- Please follow any instructions or directions from our crew, they are here to ensure you make the most of your time on the slopes.
- Please do not stop in the middle of the slope or block the slope without reason. When you wish to stop please move to the side of the slope and walk up the slope along the sides of the hall.
- Only experienced snowsporters are allowed to use the platter lifts.
- Riding sleds, tube gliding or any other form of snow sports other than snowboarding and skiing are not permitted.
- Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
- The snowdome is restricted to children of 2 years and older.
- For safety reasons you must wear your gloves in the snowdome.
- Please do not eat, drink or smoke in the Snowdome. Any customers judged to be intoxicated will not be allowed in the snowdome.
- Only instructors authorised by Snowplanet are permitted to provide instruction in the Snowdome.
